This wedding was extra special to us because Randy and I have been friends since we were 16! When he introduced me to Rachel almost 6 years ago now, we clicked immediately, and I knew she was the greatest girl for him. It's been so fun to watch them grow together as a couple, move together, and get through some hard times. I am so excited for their future together and it was so emotional to watch them get married!
Their day was just perfectly classic and beautiful. Like Rachel. Rachel wore her mothers dress that she had redesigned a bit to modernize it. Those 80s poof sleeves just couldn't stay! ;) It was so special to her and her mother. Those pictures of her getting dressed became some of my favorites for that reason.
The ceremony and reception were both held at the Minnesota History Center which is just such a cool space for a wedding! I love how everything was under one roof but there were so many different areas dedicated to each part of the day. The ceremony was in one space which was later turned into the dance party! The cocktail hour was in another and dinner in yet another area. It all flowed so nicely and allowed you to explore and see so much of the center.
Randy and Rachel, we wish you a lifetime of happiness together and look forward to more fun times with you!
Enjoy these favorite peeks at their gorgeous day! <3
