What was the most memorable moment of your day ?
Gosh that’s so hard! There were so many moments that surprised me and took my breath away. I would say it’s a tie between our first look and just melting into Robby’s arms because he just makes my whole life better, OR the excitement we felt deciding on our “secret ceremony” and skipping over to the garden, and walking down the path with my parents and hearing my friend Brooke sing our song. It was the most whimsical and wonderful emotional moment of my life!
Any Advice for Future Bride and Grooms?
Just go with the flow. Anything can happen, and if you’re there to marry your person, that is all that matters. Having been forced into an incredibly small ceremony, I would honestly recommend it! It was so special and we were all just so focused in on each other. Not a thought in our heads of the people watching, which definitely happened at our second larger ceremony. If you can gather with just those closest to you, you can see how it can mean so much more.
Tell us about the wedding dress!
Ah my dress! I am a sparkly glitter girl, so i was originally looking for a sparkly glitter dress. I have worked in the bridal industry my whole life, so I’ve seen and tried on probably a hundred gowns in my lifetime. My dress I actually tried on 2 years before we got married while I was working for the designer! It was incredibly simple and the silhouette took my breathe away. I tried it on, and never have I felt so beautiful…. but I was not yet engaged ha! It stayed in the back of my mind those two years and when I finally went shopping for my dress , nothing else compared. I was lucky to also have a fabulous sparkle glitter moment for the reception! My reception dress was full length beaded fringe and she was FIERCE!

Where did you go on your honeymoon?
Hawaii- specifically Aulani, the Disney resort on Oahu and it was magical!
Favorite Part about working with our team?
The Viridian Ivy girls were my saviors and angels! Our day got turned upside down right at the very beginning and Jessica and her team went ABOVE AND BEYOND to create the day of our dreams on the spot. They were creative, innovative, fierce, and kind. I am so grateful for them and the work that they did. My fiends and family loved them as well. Best wedding photographers ever
