After the madness of rescheduling due to COVID, we were just so happy we were finally able to get married with our friends and family around us! I think it made us extra grateful for all the small things and if something didn’t go as planned, we just rolled with it. Quality time is a big love language of ours and we were able to have a small after party. It was amazing to be able to sit down and talk to our guests about the night and just spend that little bit of extra time that we didn’t get at the reception. It was the best day!

We would like to share advice we were given — at some point in the night make time to sit at your head table and just look around the room together (we did this at dinner). Take in that moment together to just enjoy the night that you’ve planned for so long. All the people in that room are your closest family and friends who are there to support and celebrate you on the best day of your life and the days after that.

Going into dress shopping, I had no idea what style of dress I wanted, I just knew I wanted it to be comfortable. I walked out of the dress store with the most comfortable and perfect dress EVER! It had a deep front v, low back, with a beaded/nude top and crepe bottom with a cathedral train. It had the cutest buttons that lined the train all the way down.

Jess “dragging” us off of the dance floor for sunset pictures. We were dancing all night and I really did not want to leave, but I knew I didn’t want to look back and regret not taking the pictures. So, we took the pictures and I am so glad we did because those are some of my favorite pictures! The surprise visit from Ruby and Cooper at pictures, the party trolley, Jarrad getting thrown in the air, and the dance off at the reception. Oh and ice cream for dessert!!

Everything! We felt comfortable right off the bat, rescheduling was a breeze, and the attention to detail. I felt like we had enough time for pictures and the timeline Jess made was perfect. You even get your own app!! Quality and creative pictures (we have large families for family pictures & they didn’t look awkward!) Jess is a friend/part of the family you gain with an awesome talent to capture your day.
